COMMUNITY INNOVATION LAB™ — 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY 

For one year from the date of delivery, Florida Community Products will repair or replace, at our option, any Community Innovation Lab™ product that experiences a defect in materials or workmanship under normal intended use. 

Our warranty covers the complete product as sold by Florida Community Products, including components we select and incorporate into the product. If we put our name on it, we stand behind it. 

If the product cannot reasonably be repaired or replaced, Florida Community Products will provide an FCP merchandise credit equal to the original purchase price. The credit may be applied toward any Florida Community Products product, including a future production version of the original Innovation Lab product, and does not expire. 

What's Not Covered 

This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from vandalism, abuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized modification, severe weather or other external causes, or normal wear and weathering.

Community Innovation Lab™ products are introduced in limited quantities for real-world evaluation. Although tested before release, we believe the best product improvements often come from the communities actually using them. 

These first-production units are offered at substantially reduced introductory pricing. In return, we ask participating customers to share their experiences and help us refine the product before full-scale production.

CleanTouch™ integrates an automatic, touch-free hand-sanitizing system directly into the bag dispenser, protected within a powder-coated aluminum enclosure. 

Residents simply grab a bag, take care of business, toss it in the trash, sanitize their hands and continue their walk.
