Feature Your Local Shelter
"Have a favorite shelter or rescue in your area? Let us know—we'd love to feature them next."
Our Story
Born From 35+ Years of Florida Community Leadership
Florida Community Products was founded in Hillsborough County by Rick Pitrowski—a long-time Florida community president who went on to spend nearly three decades founding, building, and operating three premier community association management companies across the Tampa area.
Having spent 35 years on the front lines of Florida community management, we know the board pressures, tight budgets, unreliable vendors, and constant maintenance headaches you face every day—because we've lived them.
Sponsoring Florida's Rescues (And Why Our Bags Look Different)
Most suppliers print their own logo all over their waste bags. We don't. Instead, we use that space to feature local animal shelters and rescue organizations across Florida, complete with custom QR codes so residents can scan, learn, and support life-saving rescue work directly.
We are proud to feature AnimalLuvr's Dream Rescue in Lutz, FL, as our inaugural partner organization—caring for critically ill, injured, and abused pets until they can find their forever homes. In addition to raising awareness on our products, Florida Community Products makes direct financial contributions to help save and rehome pets in need.
